Embodiment coaching

Learn how to come back into your body. Back to yourself. So often we come at life through sense and logic and we completely miss the wisdom of the body. We miss the wisdom and intuition that our body has to offer. Over time and with attention we can become more aligned to what is best for us, what we need and who we truly are by listening and feeling into our body. This four part course is a nugget of exercises, and information about how we can start to practice being in our bodies and listening to its wisdom
