Coming together
I offer conscious connected breathwork group sessions to my local community in Tunbridge Wells and in London. I also run retreats, focused on deep inner journeying. Some are breath focused and others are deep psychotherapy and breath journeys.
Integration groups are for those taking part in regular breathwork sessions and want space to integrate their journey more deeply.
