Do you feel as though there is a wall between you and others? Do your relational patterns hold you back from genuine intimacy? Maybe you’ve learned to stay distant, avoiding depth to protect yourself. Or you’ve lost yourself by merging too completely with another. Anahata: Love & Connection is a 2-hour workshop that offers a safe, supportive space to help your heart shed protective layers, rediscover a more grounded way of relating, and connect with its natural capacity for truth and compassion.

In this workshop, we use psychotherapeutic tools, conscious connected breathing, and mindful movement to gently unravel the familiar patterns that once protected you but now keep genuine intimacy at bay. Through re-visioning the stories that shaped your fears and longings, you’ll discover that intimacy isn’t about merging or shutting down; it’s an ongoing dance between being deeply seen and honoring your own boundaries. Here, vulnerability and selfhood can coexist—revealing a space where real closeness can grow at a pace that feels right and safe to you.

Workshop Flow

Exploration of Heart Space - We’ll begin by examining how relational trauma influences the heart chakra. Through focused teaching, you’ll gain insight into how old wounds and protective patterns can impact your natural capacity for love and understanding.

Reflective Inquiry - Next, you’ll turn inward to identify the relational habits and beliefs that cause you to remain distant or anxious. This internal exploration highlights the defenses—such as avoidance, anxiousness or people pleasing—that shape how you approach closeness.

Mindful Movement - We’ll move into heart-centered exercises that help alleviate tension around the chest and shoulders. By incorporating the body into this process, you create room for honest emotional presence and reinforce your capacity for connection.

Altered-State Breathwork - A conscious connected breathwork session follows, allowing you to process deeper emotional imprints and tap into a sense of self-trust. This practice supports your capacity to welcome more love and authenticity into your relationships.

Integration - Finally, we’ll circle back to integrate what surfaced during breathwork and movement. You’ll explore practical ways to continue applying these heart-focused insights in daily life, expanding your ability to remain receptive—even when facing old triggers.
